Tracks' Terms and Conditions

Tour deposit, $1,000 plus $50 processing fee reserves a space and guarantees the tour price. Standbys valid only with deposit. Discounts honored only at time of reservation. Balance due 90 days prior to tour.

Cancellation fee: 91 days + forfeit $300, 90-31 days prior to tour $600, 30-1 days prior to tour 50% of tour fee, tour date and after 100% of tour fee including no-shows. For overseas tours no refund is possible 90-days or less prior to tour. Cancellation insurance is available at insuremytrip.com.

Cancellations by suppliers: Tracks will diligently pursue satisfactory and timely performance by the various purveyors of services but cannot be responsible for changes in ferry, railroad, or other services, sickness, weather, strikes, precipitous price increases requiring cancellation, or other causes.

Other cancellations: If Tracks cancels a tour—tour fee refund. If you are a standby and do not get on your tour—tour fee refund.

Tracks acts only as agent for suppliers who provide the services advertised. Tracks accepts no liability for damage or injury sustained on tours. Tours, meals, transportation, services, and facilities are to be utilized at the time scheduled and as scheduled.

Tracks reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of a tour or to cancel or alter the tour without notice, in which event the sole remedy shall be a pro-rata refund.

Tracks reserves the right to cancel a reservation or remove any person whose comportment is disruptive to other tour members, Tracks representatives, or third parties involved in the tour. Should this occur, the trip cost is forfeited.
